POUR INTO AN OPEN PYREX OR PAN AND PLACE IN OVEN @ 250 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 6 HOURS OR UNTIL THE BUTTER REACHES THE PROPER CONSISTENCY. POUR INTO HOT STERILIZED JARS AND SEAL. THE RECIPE MAKES ABOUT 10 ea. HALF-PINTS.
