This is a great dish to make. I stumbled across it one night just putting stuff together for dinner for my wife and her parents. Now they are always begging me for more of it. It is a real winner and you wont be let down by this.
Heat a pot of water to boiling, then add Pasta stir until the pasta is done should be 10-15 min.
in a large sauce pan add cup of milk, 1 lb cheese, and Alfredo sauce.
Melt cheese till it is smooth and creamy
once the pasta is done, strain it in a strainer and rinse it off with warm water.
put in a big glass or ceramic bowl pour the cheese over the top of it.
with a spoon you can work the cheese down so that it coats all the pasta then serve.
add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
