Suggest a better descriptionPlace yeast and sugar in a large bowl, add one cup of warm water, and let sit until small bubbles form, about 10 minutes. Mix in the salt and olive oil. Add the flour gradually, mixing until the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl. Turn the dough out into a lightly floured work surface an knead until smooth, about 4 minutes. Place the dough in a well oiled bowl and cover it with a damp dish towel or plastic wrap.
Let the dough sit in a warm place until its doubled in size, 1 to 1/12 hours. Punch down the dough, divide it into 2 balls, theres no need to let the dough rest again if its at room temperature.
