After chocalote is dissolved, pur in 1 cup of sugar, taste as you go. In a
separate bowl, dissolve 2 cups of maseca with water. Untill all lumps are
gone. ( use your hands). Once everything is at a boil, stir in maseca
slowly. Keep stirring. Once everything is dissolved including themaseca in
the pot, add the milk. . Keep stirring, Untill you can see bubbles rising.
Once the bubbles are there, you may shut off the flame.
The secret is to keep stirring at all times.
