Roll into logs with diameter that you want crackers to be. Probably 3 logs from this recipe.
Wrap logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Slice as many as you need, 1/4 inch thick.
Bake 375 degrees on parchment paper for 16 minutes or until just lightly golden around edges.
