Vanilla Ice Cream
Whisk eggs in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Whisk in sugar a little at a time and continue mixing until well blended. Pour in cream, milk, and vanilla extract and blend with wisk. Add mix to an ice cream mixer and enjoy.
You can add a tad more vanilla extract if wanted.
