In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form.
Add condensed milk, beat until stiff peaks form.
Add half–and-half, beating until combined.
Stir in strawberry mixture and vanilla.
Pour into an electric ice cream freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Ice cream will be soft; for a firmer texture, spoon ice cream into a container and place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
