Suggest a better description1.) Add the coconut oil to a short, wide pot and melt on high.
2.) Once the oil is fully melted, add 3 kernels to the pot and cover it.
3.) Once all 3 kernels are popped, remove from heat and wait 30 seconds.
4.) After 30 seconds, return the pot to the heat and add the rest of the kernels to the pot.
5.) Cover and pet pop until there are only 1 or 2 seconds between pops.
6.) Remove from heat once again and pour into a large serving bowl.
7.) Melt the butter on medium heat.
8.) When the butter is fully melted, poor it evenly over the popcorn.
9.) Add salt to taste and shake to evenly distribute butter and salt.
