Suggest a better descriptionMix olive oil, lemon juice and honey well.
Cut up chicken into 3 inch slices and mix with the olive oil mixture. Let sit for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut the onion and bell peppers into strips.
Place the pieces of peppers, onions, mushrooms and chicken in any order on the skewers.
Place on grill until cooked thoroughly. (Around 15 mins)
Make sure you rotate them as they are cooking.
You can also broil them in your oven for around the same time.
