Very simple recipe for those long days; yet very satisfying in taste.
Preheat oven to 350(F)
Combine butter, honey, yellow mustard, salt and curry in saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir until smooth. Place uncooked thawed chicken into a glass casserole dish. Once sauce is smooth pour over chicken.
Bake for 40mins and serve over rice(I use minute rice)
