Cook 1 cup jasmine rice in rice cooker.
Cube 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and season with garlic salt, onion powder, 1 T soy sauce, cornstarch. In a separate bowl, combine honey, sriracha, 1 T soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, water until smooth. Pan fry chicken on medium heat for around 15 minutes, then add sauce. Reduce for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove chicken from pan. Add frozen vegetables to pan and cook for 5 minutes. Push vegetables to the side and add in 3 beaten eggs. Scramble and combine with vegetables. Add in rice, 2 T soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix together. Top with chicken.
Optional: garnish with sesame seeds, chow mein, and green onions.
