Makes 20 quarts
Sauté bacon until brown
Add chopped garlic
Chop onions and celery in food processor
Cook potatoes in chicken broth until done
Bring Half and Half to a boil and add
51 oz chopped clams. Pour off juice and save for another soup
Season to taste with parsley flakes, cilantro and white pepper
Thicken with instant mashed potatoes
