Hot Brown in pie shell

Heat oven to 350
Alternate layers of cheese and bacon in thawed pie shell. Layer the ham over top, then turkey, then tomatoes.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon*
Bake 45-60 minutes or until egg is set.
Be sure you layer more turkey than ham so that it is the prominent flavor.
