Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until they are tender, then drain off water. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute, or so, until it is hot and soft.
Combine all ingredients and serve hot.
May be made ahead of time and baked in the oven to heat. Serve Hot
