Suggest a better descriptionCook spinach. Drain well and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Can be frozen before baking. Freeze on sheet until firm, then in bag. Thaw and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
