Cook potato soup
Put the mashed potato mixture into the pot, reduce heat to low. Add the washed cilantro leaves and coriander roots and stir well.
Add 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of sugar and continue stirring over high heat!
When the potatoes start to boil on the surface, remove the perilla leaves and coriander roots. Add 100ml of whey.
