Dutch Oven Breakfast Casserole
Line 10 dutch oven and fry sausage over propane or fire.
cut bacon and cook.
warm up potatoes.
layer in pan.
potatoes on bottom
then meats
poor eggs over top
top with cheese
cover and cook about 20 minutes until the eggs are done.
If everything else is hot, then the eggs cook fast 10-20 minutes. You can precook the meat and freeze for camping and put everything together in the Dutch Oven, but realize that if everything is cold going in it will take at least an hour to cook the eggs.
