Suggest a better descriptionIn large skillet, combine all ingredients except chutney and rice. Cook over med. heat until heated through, about 10 minutes. If desired, spoon chutney into small bowl. Serve curry mixture over hot rice. Affer chutney. 6 servings Almost forgot!! These recipes were from the More Make-A -Mix Cookery by Karine Eliason, Nevada Harward and Madeline Westover.
