put inner pot in fryer. press saute. scroll to vegetables. press program dial. press again to confirm default setting and begin cooking cycle- 340, 10 min.
'add vegetable oil and heat. when hot, add onions, saute till start to wilt- 3-5 min. season w/ 1 tsp salt and cayenne.
add stew meat, chili powder, cumin, crushed red pepper, oregano, and 2 tsp salt and cook till meat is browned- 5-6 min. add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, stock and beans. press cancel.
put pressure lid on. press pressure button. scroll to beans setting. press program dial. press timer button. scroll to set time to 50 min. press program dial to begin.
when complete, fryer goes to keep warm. press cancel. let sit to naturally release pressure- about 30 min. remove lid. spoon chili over chips. top w/ cheese and jalepenos.
