Make a graham cracker crust for a 10" pie plate, adding 1 tsp. cinnamon to your basic graham cracker crust recipe.
Mix together pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. Fold in the ice cream and pour into the unbaked crust in the 10" pie plate. Place the nut halves on top. Freeze until ready to serve. Allow to thaw a few minutes before slicing.
