1. In a heatproof pitcher, combine water and tea bags; let stand 15 minutes.
2. Remove and discard tea bags; stir in limeade concentrate and sugar until dissolved.
3. Stir in plum juice; refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour. Serve over ice and, if desired, lemon and lime slices.
