Suggest a better descriptionOlive or vegetable oil around 5-6 table spoons, heat up in the pot. Sauté onions 3 minutes, garlic and ginger both for 3 minutes. Put in all dried ingredients and Indian spices into the pot, and the lamb. Sauté all for about 10 minutes and stirring. After meat change color put yogurt and 1 liter water, boil till tender. When it's cook and tender. Before serve put fresh chopped fresh coriander leafs.
