quick and easy beef stroganoff relying on mushroom soup for base flavor
1. Brown Beef pieces, then remove and set aside - keep browned juices, etc. in pot
2. Add butter, onions, garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce.
3. Cook until softened (if real onions and garlic)
4. Scrape the browned juices off of bottom
5. Add mushrooms (optional), can of soup, beef broth.
6. Quick stir to combine ingredients
7. Pressure cook (amount depends on meat and tenderness)
8. Vent and open
9. Stir in Sour Cream until blended
10. adjust with salt/pepper as needed, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired
