1. Combine first four ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Rub mixture onto all sides of pork.
2. Press Saute'; heat oil in Instant Pot. Add pork; cook 8 minutes or until browned on all sides. Remove to plate.
3. Add sauerkraut, ale and sugar to pot; cook and stir 2 minutes, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pot. Return pork to pot,
pressing into sauerkraut mixture.
4. Secure lid and and move pressure release valve to Sealing position. Press Manual; cook at high pressure 45 minutes.
5. When cooking is complete, use natural release for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure. Remove pork to cutting board;
tent with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sauerkraut and cooking liquid remaining in pot.
