Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for about 4hrs.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle a thin layer of Panko.
Lay chicken over panko.
Pour 1/4 of the dressing over chicken.
Sprinkle more Panko over chicken.
Pour a little more of the dressing on, not too much.
Bake for 1 hour.
