MEATLOAF
In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium. On high heat, saute onions and peppers for 3-4 minutes, remove from heat. In a large bowl, add the meat, onions, and pepper, along with all remaining ingredients and reserve 3/4 ° C mozzarella cheese for garnish.
Once it all comes together, place the mixture into a baking tray of your choice. You have used Portuguese oval stoneware for us. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 ° C marinara sauce on top and spread.
