Suggest a better descriptionBrown pork in olive oil. Add onion and garlic and saute, about 2 min. or until onions soften. Add both cans of tomatoes, oregano, sugar, basil and parsley. Cover and simmer 30 min. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Cook uncovered 15 more minutes. Serve over rice.
Serve with Italian bread (lots of it), a sweet red wine and an italian tossed salad.
