2. In a bowl, mix salt, oregano and pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of each piece of meat. As you finish, place the meat into the cooker.
3. Sprinkle with chopped onion.
4. Spoon spaghetti sauce over top being careful not to disturb the seasoning and onion.
5. Cover and cook on Low 5-8 hours or until tender.
