Rince pan mix over low heat Heavy Cream, Unsalted butter, 2 tblspoon crushed Peppercorn, and white pepper until warm and smooth.
Add Shreaded Montery Jack cheese mix until smooth.
Remove from heat add Potatoes and mash.
Stir in remaining crushed peppercorn
