Suggest a better descriptionCook ground chuck down and drain off Greece. Add in peppers, onion and celery that are cooked in seperate skillet.
Add in juice, broth, tomatoes and water. Lastly add in cooked rice from seperate pan. Add in one clove garlic chopped.
Great soup for a cold night in front of the fire. Serve with sliced loaf of sour dough bread from Louisvilles Blue Dog Bakery. Yum!
