Pop the popcorn
Mix first 3 ingredients in sauce pan, bring to a boil for five minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla, Pour foaming mixture over popcorn and stir. Bake at 250 for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely and store in air tight containers.
