Suggest a better descriptionToast almonds and sesame seeds at 350F. Watch, as they burn quickly. Put cabbage and bean sprout in a large bowl. Add mushrooms, onions, almonds and seeds. Combine both noodles and set aside. Put the seasoning in a small bowl. Add oil, soya sauce, sugar and vinegar. Add more soya sauce to taste. Mix together and pour over cabbage. Toss. Sprinkle with noodles.
