1.原料:小松菜、鲑鱼两块(盐腌的)、香菇(生香菇更好)
2.鲑鱼去皮切成小块,撒上胡椒和淀粉拌匀
3.鲑鱼下油锅炒至两面看不出生色
4.下切好的小松菜和切成片状的香菇一起翻炒,小松菜出水后加酱油(不加盐,酱油多寡根据个人口味)继续翻炒。
5.出锅完成
1. cut salmon into small cubes
2. put starch and pepper.
3. fry to two sides without original color
4. put in small greens and sliced shiitake mushrooms,
5. after water comes out of greens, add say sauce, fry again.
