Suggest a better description1. Dice onions and garlic, then cook them in a small skillet with a little oil or butter. Remove from heat.
2. Brown beef and sausage in a large pot, drain well.
3. Add onions and garlic to beef and sausage mixture. Stir in tomato sauce and 16 oz water.
4. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano and salt. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
5. Add cayenne and stir in well.
6. Mix Masa and warm water until smooth. Add to chili and simmer at least another 30 minutes.
