Great starter to Italian meal with fish
Slice bread into half inch pieces, lightly brush with olive oil and lightly spray with balsamic vinegar. Toast until brown.
Dice tomatoes (remove seeds), red onion, raw shrimp or calamari into small pieces and mix in bowl with salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
Place spoonful of mix onto each toast, sprinkle with cheese mix, few sprigs of basil and then drizzle balsamic glaze over top. Cook on 400 for 7-10 minutes being careful not to burn
