Prepare lime jell-o and pour in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, Let set. mix cream cheese and pineapple together and spread over lime jell-o, refrigerate till set. Mix strawberry jell-o and pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate till set. Spread cool whip on top and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
