Suggest a better descriptionIn a saute pan, pour in enough water to cover the garlic cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes, drain and cool the cloves. Arrange the lettuce on a platter, toss together the veggies and cheese. Slice the cloves thin and toss in with the veggies. Top lettuce with the veggy mixture and oranges.
