Restaurant style delicious
Pound chicken until 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Season with salt & pepper, then dredge in flour.
Coat pan with nonstick spray, then add oil over medium-high heat.
Saute chicken 2-3 minutes on each side (cover pan for 2nd side). Transfer chicken to a warmed platter; pour off drippings from pan.
Deglaze pan with wine and add garlic. Cook until garlic is slightly brown, and liquid nearly evaporated, about 2 minutes.
Add broth, lemon juice, and capers. Return chicken to pan and cook on each side 1 minute. Transfer to warm plate.
Finish sauce with butter and lemons. Once butter melts, pour over chicken.
