This is a great variation on strawberry shortcake that has a cinnamon biscuit-like cake.
Stir and chill strawberries and sugar and chill 1-3 hours. Combine ingredients as you would for biscuits. Roll to 11x8 rectangle. Combine butter (melted) and brown sugar. Spread over dough. Roll like jelly roll and pinch seams. Cut in 1" slices with floured knife. Put on lightly greased baking sheet - 18 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve pinwheels with strawberries and whipped cream.
