Suggest a better description1. Stab pork roast and insert garlic slices directly into pork.
2. Rub pork with salt, pepper
3. Sear outside of pork roast in broiler until nice & brown.
4. Place 1 sliced onion in the bottom of the crock pot
5. Place roast in crockpot
6. Add cloves, bay leaves, soy sauce and wine
7. Layer on last onion
8. Cook on low 8-10 hours
9. Strain juice and serve on the side.
