Preheat ovent to 350?. Coat a 9x5x3 loaf pan with pam. Whisk flour,, soda and salt in med bowl. Whisk eggs, sugar, bananas and oil in large bowl til smooth. Add dry ingred to banana mixture and sitr just until combined. Scrape batter into pan and smooth top.
Bake until tester inserted into center come out clean, 60-70 min. Transfer to wire rack; let bread cool in pan for 15 min. run a knife around inside of pan to release bread. Turn out onto rack and let cool completely. Can be mad 3 days ahead. Store airtight at room temp.
can also be baked in three small 5x3 loaf pans, cooking time will be 40-50 min
