delicious, very easy and healthy main dish. I use kalamari instread of beef (beef stroganoff)
1. Boil water in deep pan and put kalamari into tne water for 5 min. or until colour changed. Then rinse kalamari under cold water and cut into thin strips
2 . Heat olive oil in deep frying pan, add onion and fry until transparent. Add kalamari, salt and pepper and fry 5 min. more.
3. Add flour and stir well.
4. Add sour cream and cook another 10 min. on low fire.

I like this recipe - it is really fast. To make it even faster i boil calamari 1 day before, and cook the whole thing in 15 min.
