A warm garlicky soup with lots of vegetables, perfect for a winter night.
Boil pasta, any shape (not spaghetti or linguine). Drain and set aside.
Chop onion and sauté in 1 Tsp olive oil, until lightly browned.
Wash, remove stems, and chop kale. Add to onion.
Add 2 cups water and Better than Bouillon Garlic Base. Bring to a boil. Cook 5-10 minutes.
Add thawed vegetables. Cook 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and cook 5 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
