In-husk corn grilled on a Kamado Joe.
Fill sink with water and soak corn (husks and silks intact) for 1 hour.
With heat deflectors in place, set temperature in Kamado Joe to 400 degrees. Layer corn across grill grate and cook for 30 minutes, turning the corn every 8-10 minutes. The outside of the husks should have a charred outer layer. Remove from grill.
Melt butter. Stir in savory seasoning, paprika and garlic powder. Set aside.
With a sharp knife, cut off both ends of the corn. At this point, the corn should be cool enough to handle and the husks (along with the silks) can be easily peeled back to expose the ear of corn. The kernels will be crunchy and sweet.
Garnish with melted butter sauce.
The BEST and EASIEST corn on the cob ever!
