Crumble ground chuck into a 12 qt stockpot with chopped onion and Lawry's Seasoned salt and Onion Soup Mix and brown being careful not to break it up too much.
After meat is browned, place tomatoes, beef broth, Chili Mix, flavor boost and tomato juice in stock pot.
Add meat mixture and pasta with its cooking water to stock pot.
Stir in ground cumin, bay leaves and more Lawry's seasoned salt to taste.
Simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.
