Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl combine first seven ingredients by hand.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Form meat into a loaf on the baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Pour Brown Gravy on top and return to oven for five minutes.
