Place the first 10 ingredients into a bowl or bag and marinade.
Cut veggies to bite-size pieces. Place them in a bowl with olive oil and salt and pepper. Skewer the veggies on their own skewers.
Skewer the meat on their own skewers.
Cook on grill until done.
