For the French onion crackers, add 2 tsp of dehydrated minced onion and 1 tsp beef broth powder.
preheat oven to 225 (our oven does better at 230).
blend together until smooth.
Spoon onto silicone sheet on cookie sheet using the #100 scoop (I do a couple of smaller crackers with the remaining mix, spaced between 4 other dollops).
Can do 2 sheets at the same time.
set timer for 40 minutes, then rotate and swap levels with the 2 sheets
set timer for an additional 30 minutes
Turn oven off, leave chips in oven for another 30 minutes to finish firming up. Remove, cool, and they will pop off the silicone pad easily.
Keeps for 2 weeks in airtight container/ziplock
