Easy chunky creamy soup with chicken, leeks and cabbage.
1. In a large saucepan or stock pot, bring chicken, bacon, chicken stock, onion, leeks, bay leaf to a boil.
2. Cover and reduce heat.
3. Simmer for about 20 min. or until vegetables are tender.
4. Add cabbage, cook for 5 - 8 min. or until tender.
5. Stir in cream and season it and heat cream.
