Add Chicken Broth & Ranch packets in the crock pot - mix well! Then add the chicken breast.
Let the chicken cook for 5 to 6 hours.
Cook the bacon in the oven!
Once the chicken is finished, shred the chicken with a fork (keeping it in the crock pot)
Add cream cheese (add atleast 12oz of the creame cheese - add more as you feel necessary!) Bacon & the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Let cook for another 15-20 mins.
